2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after order confirmation, for reasons such as pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes/duties unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping and delivery
Governed by our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Governed by our Returns Policy.
6. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate. Actual product appearance may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only and are not medical treatments. Always patch test. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All content on mjsupply.com (text, images, logo, design) is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or the use of this site is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
