We ship to 60+ countries from our Hong Kong warehouse. If you don’t see your country at checkout, email vivislucky@163.com and we’ll try to arrange it.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Complimentary standard international shipping on orders over USD 200.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare the accurate product value on all customs forms — under-valuing is not available.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also look it up on our tracking page.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is returned to us due to refused customs, wrong address, or failed delivery, we can either reship (you pay return + new shipping) or refund the product cost (minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee).
Damaged or lost shipments
Email us within 48 hours of delivery (damage) or 21 days from dispatch (lost). Include your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
