We want you to love what you buy. Here’s how returns work.

Return window

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

What’s returnable

• Unopened products in original packaging, with all seals intact
• Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (no 14-day limit)

What’s not returnable

• Opened or used products (hygiene — cosmetics cannot be resold once opened)
• Sale items, final-sale items, and gift cards
• Wholesale orders (separate policy — email us)

How to return

1. Email vivislucky@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions and address within 2 business days.
3. Ship the product back. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 3–10 business days before the refund appears. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. To swap for a different product, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

Email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
