Products & formulations

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in regulated, internationally-certified facilities. We publish the country of manufacture on each product page and in the ingredient documentation.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. None of our products or their ingredients are tested on animals at any stage. We are cruelty-free.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

Some of our formulations contain active ingredients (retinoids, certain peptides) that are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult your healthcare provider before use. Each product page lists its active ingredients in full.

How long do your products last once opened?

Each product carries a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol showing recommended use within 6, 12, or 24 months of opening. Unopened products follow the expiration date printed on the carton.

Can I use multiple serums in the same routine?

Yes, though we recommend introducing one active at a time so you can identify how your skin responds. Apply from thinnest to thickest consistency, and always finish with SPF in the morning.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse. Typical transit times: Asia Pacific 3–7 days, Europe/Americas 7–14 days. Details on our shipping page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary international shipping on orders over USD 200.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly — import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare honest product values on all international shipments.

Can I track my order?

Yes — tracking details are emailed when your order ships. You can also track via our tracking page.

Returns & account

What’s your return policy?

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details on our returns page.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email vivislucky@163.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access order history.
